Dr. Alfred Kofi Ampadu Fofie is a seasoned lawyer trained in the Ghanaian and Anglo-American legal systems and traditions, with varied breath of legal expertise and over 40 years of continuous legal practice experience in the domestic and international arenas. He holds a JSD (doctorate) degree (1994)) and an LLM degree (International Legal Studies, 1988), both from New York University Law School, USA. He possesses another LL.M degree (1974 - major fields - law of contract, international law and problems of law in Africa) and an LLB degree (1971), both from the University of Ghana as well as a certificate in Conflict Management and Resolution earned from the African Centre for Constructive Resolution of Disputes (ACCORD – 2006) S.A. He is admitted to the Ghana bar (1974), New York and Connecticut states bars, (1988), and certified to practice before the Federal Courts of Eastern and Southern Districts of New York (1988), and the U. S. Court of International Trade, New York (1988).

Prof. William Gariba Akanwariwiak is a Microbiologist with research interests in Medical Microbiology. He was admitted into the Department of Biological Sciences (now Theoretical and Applied Biology) since 1982 where he obtained his BSc Biological sciences in 1987. He was invited by the Department to undertake his National Service for two years and subsequently appointed Teaching Assistant for three months ending December 1989. He pursued graduate studies leading to the award of Master of Philosophy degree in Biological Sciences in 1992 and was appointed lecturer at KNUST in 1993.

Mr. Alfred Tuah-Yeboah is a 2002 alumnus of the Ghana School of Law, he graduated earlier from the University of Ghana with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting and Law. Mr. Tuah-Yeboah holds a Diploma in Business Management from ICS, Glasgow, Scotland. He began his early education from his native Drobo in the Jaman South District of the Bono Region where he attended Drobo Secondary School for his GCE O’Level and then to Sunyani Secondary School for his ‘A’ Level. In 2017, the deputy minister nominee, knowing that politics has become part of what he does in furthering national causes, studied at the Ghana Armed Forces Command and Staff College to obtain an M.Sc., Defence, and International Politics.
