How to Apply

  • Admission Open: 2023/2024

Applicants with First Degree in a non law discipline from a recognized university with a Second Class Lower or better are eligible to apply. Note: Entrance examination is a requirement for admission

All Ghanaian applicants for the 2023/2024 Academic Year admissions are required to use the GFC online application portal. The procedure for the online application process is as follows:

  1. Make a payment of GH¢ 200.00 (Two Hundred Ghana Cedis) for Undergraduate E-Voucher at Fidelity Bank (Sunyani/Techiman), Opportunity International (Sunyani), Radio BAR (Sunyani), Service Radio (Sunyani), URA Radio (Bolga), Wa Radio (Wa), Diamond FM (Tamale), Savanna Radio (Tamale) and Tanga Radio (Bolga).

  2. Visit GFC online payment portal with a Master Card or Visa Card or MoMo Wallet to make an online payment of GHC200.00 (Two Hundred Ghana Cedis) for the undergraduate e-Voucher. You shall receive an SMS alert upon successful payment (GFC Alert). The SMS contains the PIN required for the completion of the online form. Access the online form by visiting our online admissions portal soon after payment.
  3. In completing the online form, applicants will be required to upload their most recent passport size photographs with white background and relevant certificates. Applicants who use objects instead of their own photographs would be disqualified. A completed form will not be considered for admission unless it is SUBMITTED after accepting our Data Confirmation Policy.
  4. Applicants are advised to check thoroughly all details entered before finally submitting their online applications. A form, once submitted, can only be viewed, but cannot be edited. Candidates are strongly advised to visit any EMS Office in the Country for assistance towards the return of the application documents (see viii). Applicants are advised not to post the forms themselves. They should seek the advice and services of Ghana Post EMS.
  5. Undergraduate applicants must print out application summary; attach results slips, certificates and all other relevant documents. These documents should be submitted in triplicates (three copies each) to the office of the Registrar.
  6. The application documents as specified in (4) above should be addressed to:

All non-Ghanaian applicants are advised to apply as follows:

  1. Access the online form by visiting our admissions portal.
  2. In completing the online form, applicants will be required to upload their passport size photographs and certificates
  3. A completed form is not considered until it is SUBMITTED
  4. Applicants are advised to check thoroughly all details entered before they finally submit their online applications. A form, once submitted, can only be viewed, but cannot be edited.
  5. Print out application summary; attach results slips, certificates and all other relevant documents. These documents should be submitted in triplicates (Three copies each) to the office of the Registrar.
